The liner comes out in one piece
Grab the liner handles, lift, walk to the machine. No more carrying armfuls of laundry down the hallway. It takes about two loads before it is full, which matches how often I wash.

Full dimensions are listed at the end of the Overview on every product page, taken from the finished piece rather than from a drawing. If a measurement matters for your space, write to us and we will check the actual item before it ships.
Care instructions ship with the product and are printed on the care label where there is one. Solid wood wants a damp cloth and an occasional oil; stone should be sealed once a year; wool and linen prefer a cold wash and drying flat.
Shipping is free on every order, with tracking, anywhere in the United States. We do not ship outside the US, so there are no customs charges or import duties on anything you order.
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and most orders placed before 2pm ET leave the same day. Typical delivery is 7 to 15 days from dispatch. Tracking arrives by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.
Thirty days to return anything unused and in its original packaging, with all fixings included. We cover the return shipping when an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. If a piece arrives damaged, send a photo of the item and the outer box within 7 days and we ship a replacement without asking for the broken one back.
Bath
Hand-woven seagrass with a lid that sits flush, and a cotton liner that lifts out by its own handles and goes to the machine with the load.

Liner
The cotton liner has handles of its own, so you lift the whole load out in one piece and carry it to the machine instead of gathering an armful off the floor.
Air
A sealed plastic hamper turns damp towels sour within a day. Hand-woven seagrass lets air move through the walls, which is the entire reason to buy a woven one.
Lid
The lid sits level with the rim, so a folded stack or a small basket can rest on top without sliding off. Sixteen inches across and 24 high takes about two loads.

This is finished stock from the same production runs that supply larger homeware retailers — bought as a lot, priced without the showroom margin. Same piece, same materials. When the lot is gone we cannot always reorder.

The seagrass really does breathe, so damp gym towels no longer turn the whole thing sour the way my old plastic bin did. The lid sits flush and I keep a folded stack on top of it.
Every page names the material — stoneware, glass, teak, marble or cotton — rather than leaving it at "ceramic". All of it lives happily in a humid room with a little care: let wood dry between uses and re-oil it a couple of times a year, and re-seal stone once a year. What none of it likes is standing water, so nothing should sit in a permanent puddle.
Yes — warm wash, tumble on low. Wash new towels once before using them: the finish that makes towels look crisp on a shelf is also what stops them absorbing, and it rinses out on the first cycle.
Pieces in the same material and finish are made to sit together. Stone and wood vary from piece to piece by nature, so expect a close family rather than an exact match — that is the material, not a defect.
Thirty days, unused and in the original packaging. Once a towel or a mat has been washed or used we cannot take it back for hygiene reasons, so check the size on the page before ordering.
