Product colours may appear differently depending on the customer's screen or display settings. HAVN reserves the right to correct errors, update product information, change prices, discontinue products or limit quantities at any time without prior notice.

Comparative Pricing

Where a crossed-out price appears next to a HAVN price, that figure refers to the typical recommended retail price of a comparable product sold by a mainstream retailer. It is shown for comparison only and does not represent a price previously charged by HAVN.

Product Safety and Use

Homeware sold by HAVN must be assembled, installed, used and cared for according to the instructions supplied with the item and the guidance published on our Care & materials page. Customers are responsible for following the stated cleaning, assembly and load-bearing instructions.

Electrical products must be used with the bulb type and maximum wattage stated on the fitting, and connected to a supply matching the voltage on the label. Wall-mounted items — shelving, mirrors, hooks and lighting — must be fixed with fixings appropriate to the wall type and, where required by local regulation, installed by a qualified professional. Stated weight limits must not be exceeded. Items intended for indoor use must not be left outdoors.

HAVN is not liable for damage, injury or loss resulting from incorrect assembly or installation, use outside the item's intended purpose, exceeding a stated load or wattage limit, cleaning against the supplied instructions, or alteration of the product. HAVN is likewise not liable for damage to floors, walls or surfaces arising from installation or from the use of a product.

Natural materials — solid wood, marble, travertine, stoneware, wool and mouth-blown glass — vary in grain, vein, tone and texture and change in appearance over time. Unlacquered brass patinas and untreated outdoor timber silvers. These are characteristics of the material rather than defects.

Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on the HAVN website are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at checkout using one of the available payment methods.

HAVN reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if payment is not authorised, fraud is suspected, product information or pricing contains an error, the product is unavailable, shipping information is incorrect, or the order violates these Terms.

If an order is cancelled after payment, HAVN will issue a refund according to the applicable refund process.

Order Acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee final acceptance of the order. HAVN may review, approve, refuse or cancel an order where necessary. Customers are responsible for ensuring order information is accurate before completing checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds and damage claims are governed by the HAVN Refund Policy. Customers should review it before making a purchase.

Warranty

Everything HAVN sells is covered for two years against manufacturing defects, as described in the HAVN Refund Policy. Claims are handled directly by HAVN.

Intellectual Property
