Shipping
Everything ships from our warehouse in the United States. Orders placed before 2pm ET usually leave the same business day; after that, the next one.
- Standard — 3–5 business days. Free over $75, $6.90 below that.
- Expedited — 2 business days. $14.90.
Multi-item orders ship together in one box unless something is oversized, in which case you get two tracking numbers and no extra charge.
Returns
Thirty days from delivery, for any reason, as long as the item is in resalable condition with its packaging. Start a return by writing to us with your order number; we send a prepaid label.
The refund goes back to the original payment method as soon as the carrier scans the parcel — we do not wait for it to reach the warehouse.
Exchanges
Easiest path is to return the item and place a new order, so you are not waiting on stock. If the item arrived damaged or wrong, tell us and we ship the replacement immediately, before the return is back.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the box and the item and write to us within 7 days. We replace it and handle the carrier claim ourselves — that part is not your problem.
