No ticking, which was the point
Bought it for a bedroom and the silent sweep is real. Oak rim is a proper piece of wood and the face is legible from the doorway. No numerals is a design choice that I was unsure about and now like.

Three walnut boards — one for bread, one for veg, one for serving.
End-grain would be heavier and more expensive; these are edge-grain, which is easier on knives than bamboo and easier to store than a butcher block. Oil them twice a year.

Care instructions ship with the product and are printed on the care label where there is one. Solid wood wants a damp cloth and an occasional oil; stone should be sealed once a year; wool and linen prefer a cold wash and drying flat.

Ships from our US warehouse. Orders before 2pm ET usually leave the same business day. Small items arrive in 3 to 6 business days; furniture and fragile pieces go by a tracked freight carrier and take 5 to 10.
Thirty days to return anything unused and in its original packaging. We send a prepaid label for small parcels; for furniture we arrange a pickup. If a piece arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days and we ship a replacement without asking for the broken one back.

Measure your wall first
It is bigger than it looks online, which is on me because the dimensions are right there on the page. Once it was up it made the hallway feel twice the size. The frame is thin enough to almost disappear.
Solid oak, not veneer
You can tell as soon as you unbox it. The edge is real wood all the way through and it took five minutes to put together. Three legs means it does not rock on my old floors.
Deeper than it photographs
I can actually sit back in it, which is where every other small accent chair I tried failed. The boucle is a tight loop so my cat has not managed to pull it. Legs screwed on in two minutes.
Linen that starts soft
No breaking-in period, it was good the first night. The corner ties inside stop the insert bunching at the foot, which is the detail I did not know I wanted until I had it.
Brackets are genuinely hidden
Steel rod goes inside the shelf so there is nothing underneath. Took the drywall fixings from the box, found a stud for one of them, and it holds a row of books without a sag.
Great pot, one note on the lid
The linen shade is lovely and the light comes through warm rather than white. Only thing is the cord came longer than I needed and shortening it took a minute of reading the instructions.
Sixteen pieces, none chipped
Shipped double-boxed and every piece arrived fine. The speckle is different on each plate, which I did not expect and now like. Heavy enough that they do not slide on the table.
