The hotel weave at home
The waffle grid does exactly what it is meant to. It lifts water off fast and then still feels dry to the touch on the rail. The 30 by 56 bath size is generous without any bulk to it.

Full dimensions are listed at the end of the Overview on every product page, taken from the finished piece rather than from a drawing. If a measurement matters for your space, write to us and we will check the actual item before it ships.
Care instructions ship with the product and are printed on the care label where there is one. Solid wood wants a damp cloth and an occasional oil; stone should be sealed once a year; wool and linen prefer a cold wash and drying flat.
Shipping is free on every order, with tracking, anywhere in the United States. We do not ship outside the US, so there are no customs charges or import duties on anything you order.
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and most orders placed before 2pm ET leave the same day. Typical delivery is 7 to 15 days from dispatch. Tracking arrives by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.
Thirty days to return anything unused and in its original packaging, with all fixings included. We cover the return shipping when an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. If a piece arrives damaged, send a photo of the item and the outer box within 7 days and we ship a replacement without asking for the broken one back.
Bath
A raised waffle grid that traps air rather than water, so the towel feels dry to the touch even while it is working.

Weave
The waffle structure holds air in its cells rather than soaking through. It lifts water off skin quickly and then gives it up to the room, instead of sitting damp on a rail all afternoon.
Lint
Loop pile is what sheds. There is none here, so the towel does not leave itself behind on dark clothes or on a bathroom floor.
Size
Two bath towels at 30 by 56 inches and two hand towels at 16 by 28. Slim enough that the full set fits where a pair of terry towels used to sit.

This is finished stock from the same production runs that supply larger homeware retailers — bought as a lot, priced without the showroom margin. Same piece, same materials. When the lot is gone we cannot always reorder.

I bought these after a terry set covered every navy jumper I own, and the waffle weave sheds nothing at all. They are thinner than I pictured, so if you want a heavy plush towel this is not that.
Every page names the material — stoneware, glass, teak, marble or cotton — rather than leaving it at "ceramic". All of it lives happily in a humid room with a little care: let wood dry between uses and re-oil it a couple of times a year, and re-seal stone once a year. What none of it likes is standing water, so nothing should sit in a permanent puddle.
Yes — warm wash, tumble on low. Wash new towels once before using them: the finish that makes towels look crisp on a shelf is also what stops them absorbing, and it rinses out on the first cycle.
Pieces in the same material and finish are made to sit together. Stone and wood vary from piece to piece by nature, so expect a close family rather than an exact match — that is the material, not a defect.
Thirty days, unused and in the original packaging. Once a towel or a mat has been washed or used we cannot take it back for hygiene reasons, so check the size on the page before ordering.
