Dries faster than terry
Folds down to half the space in the cupboard and dries in half the time, which in a small bathroom is the whole argument. Softer after every wash.

Full dimensions are listed at the end of the Overview on every product page, taken from the finished piece rather than from a drawing. If a measurement matters for your space, write to us and we will check the actual item before it ships.
Care instructions ship with the product and are printed on the care label where there is one. Solid wood wants a damp cloth and an occasional oil; stone should be sealed once a year; wool and linen prefer a cold wash and drying flat.
Shipping is free on every order, with tracking, anywhere in the United States. We do not ship outside the US, so there are no customs charges or import duties on anything you order.
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and most orders placed before 2pm ET leave the same day. Typical delivery is 7 to 15 days from dispatch. Tracking arrives by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.
Thirty days to return anything unused and in its original packaging, with all fixings included. We cover the return shipping when an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. If a piece arrives damaged, send a photo of the item and the outer box within 7 days and we ship a replacement without asking for the broken one back.
Bath
Long-staple Turkish cotton woven flat instead of looped — half the bulk in the cupboard, half the drying time.

Weave
Terry gets its bulk from thousands of standing loops, and those loops hold water long after you are dry. A flat weave has none, so the towel is thinner, lighter and dry again by morning.
Cotton
Long-staple Turkish cotton starts crisp and softens with every wash rather than shedding fibre. Expect the fourth wash to feel better than the first.
Size
The bath towels are 39 by 71 inches and the hand towels 20 by 39. Nothing has been cut back to make the stack thin — that is the weave doing it.
| Material | 100% long-staple Turkish cotton |
| Weave | Flat woven, not looped terry |
| Bath towels | Two, 39 x 71 in |
| Hand towels | Two, 20 x 39 in |
| Care | Machine wash warm, tumble low |
| In the box | Four towels |
This is finished stock from the same production runs that supply larger homeware retailers — bought as a lot, priced without the showroom margin. Same piece, same materials. When the lot is gone we cannot always reorder.

The bath towels are still a full 39 by 71 inches, but the flat weave means all four fold down to what two terry towels used to take. Hung after a morning shower they are dry by lunch.
They arrived slightly crisp, which is what I expected from long-staple Turkish cotton, and they have softened with every wash since. No lint left on any of my dark shirts.
Every page names the material — stoneware, glass, teak, marble or cotton — rather than leaving it at "ceramic". All of it lives happily in a humid room with a little care: let wood dry between uses and re-oil it a couple of times a year, and re-seal stone once a year. What none of it likes is standing water, so nothing should sit in a permanent puddle.
Yes — warm wash, tumble on low. Wash new towels once before using them: the finish that makes towels look crisp on a shelf is also what stops them absorbing, and it rinses out on the first cycle.
Pieces in the same material and finish are made to sit together. Stone and wood vary from piece to piece by nature, so expect a close family rather than an exact match — that is the material, not a defect.
Thirty days, unused and in the original packaging. Once a towel or a mat has been washed or used we cannot take it back for hygiene reasons, so check the size on the page before ordering.
