Holds shape when empty
That is the thing every other basket gets wrong. These have a wire frame inside so they do not slump. Blankets in the big one, shoes in the middle, post in the small. They nest when I do not need all three.

Full dimensions are listed at the end of the Overview on every product page, taken from the finished piece rather than from a drawing. If a measurement matters for your space, write to us and we will check the actual item before it ships.
Care instructions ship with the product and are printed on the care label where there is one. Solid wood wants a damp cloth and an occasional oil; stone should be sealed once a year; wool and linen prefer a cold wash and drying flat.
Shipping is free on every order, with tracking, anywhere in the United States. We do not ship outside the US, so there are no customs charges or import duties on anything you order.
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and most orders placed before 2pm ET leave the same day. Typical delivery is 7 to 15 days from dispatch. Tracking arrives by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.
Thirty days to return anything unused and in its original packaging, with all fixings included. We cover the return shipping when an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. If a piece arrives damaged, send a photo of the item and the outer box within 7 days and we ship a replacement without asking for the broken one back.
Storage
Hand-woven seagrass over a wire frame in three sizes — which solves the failure point of every soft-sided basket ever sold.

Frame
A wire frame runs inside the weave from base to rim. Take the blankets out and the basket still stands up square, which is exactly what unframed woven baskets refuse to do.
Sizes
Blankets in the 18-inch, shoes in the 15, post and keys in the 12. When you are only using one they nest inside each other and take up a single footprint.
Care
Seagrass wants to stay dry. Running a dry cloth over the weave every few weeks is the entire maintenance routine — no oils, no water, no conditioner.

This is finished stock from the same production runs that supply larger homeware retailers — bought as a lot, priced without the showroom margin. Same piece, same materials. When the lot is gone we cannot always reorder.

Every woven basket I have owned collapsed the second I took the blankets out of it. The wire frame inside these means they hold their round with nothing in them at all.
The 18 inch holds blankets year round, and the other two are seasonal, so the 15 and 12 sit nested inside each other in a closet the rest of the time. Rolled rims feel well finished.
The load rating is printed on each product page. It assumes the fixings have gone into studs, or into the correct anchor for your wall — in practice it is almost always the wall that gives way rather than the shelf, so find the studs before you drill.
Yes, with standard drywall anchors. Plaster, brick and tile each need a different fixing and we do not supply those, because the wrong anchor in masonry is worse than none.
External, unless the page says otherwise. Where a piece is built to hold something specific — files, records, shoes — we list the internal measurement as well so you can check before ordering.
A damp cloth and then air drying. Do not soak or submerge a woven piece: the fibres swell, and as they dry the weave loosens and never fully tightens back.
