Size & fit
Every piece is photographed on a person, and the model's height and the size they wear are noted in the gallery. Where a garment runs roomy or close we say so in the Overview.
Between sizes? Take the larger one on outerwear and knitwear, the smaller one on shirts and tailoring. If it lands wrong, the first size exchange is free, both ways.

Thirty days to return it for any reason, unworn and with the tags on. We send a prepaid label and refund as soon as the carrier scans it. Unopened socks, underwear and swimwear are the only exceptions, for hygiene reasons.

Denim needed one wash
Stiff out of the box and I nearly sent it back. One cold wash and a day of wear and it dropped into shape. Relaxed means relaxed, so size down if you want it closer to the leg.
Blazer fits like it was altered
I am 5'4" with wide shoulders and blazers usually pull across the back. This one has enough room through the shoulder that I can move, and the sleeve hit my wrist without a tailor. Took the size the chart recommended.
Sneakers broke in overnight
Leather softened after one day. No heel rub, no break-in blisters, and the sole has not creased ugly. They look better scuffed than they did new, which is the point.
Finally socks that stay up
Bought the merino three-pack for a hiking trip and wore them for four days straight. No slipping down the heel, no smell, and the cuff has not gone slack in the wash.
Signet is the right amount of heavy
It has weight to it without sliding around. Face is flat enough to engrave later if I want. Sized true off the chart on the page.
Loafers run a half size big
Comfortable and the leather is soft, but I swim in my usual size. Went down half and they are perfect. Worth saying on the page.
Overcoat survived a Boston February
Wore it every day for six weeks. It sheds light rain, the buttons are sewn on properly, and it is long enough to cover a suit jacket. Zero pilling at the cuffs so far.
