Dimensions & care

Full dimensions are listed at the end of the Overview on every product page, taken from the finished piece rather than from a drawing. If a measurement matters for your space, write to us and we will check the actual item before it ships.

Care instructions ship with the product and are printed on the care label where there is one. Solid wood wants a damp cloth and an occasional oil; stone should be sealed once a year; wool and linen prefer a cold wash and drying flat.

Shipping & returns

Shipping is free on every order, with tracking, anywhere in the United States. We do not ship outside the US, so there are no customs charges or import duties on anything you order.

Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and most orders placed before 2pm ET leave the same day. Typical delivery is 7 to 15 days from dispatch. Tracking arrives by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.

Thirty days to return anything unused and in its original packaging, with all fixings included. We cover the return shipping when an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. If a piece arrives damaged, send a photo of the item and the outer box within 7 days and we ship a replacement without asking for the broken one back.

Wall Decor

A 30-inch circle with a brass rim you can barely measure

Aged solid brass, thin enough to read as a line rather than a frame, around 4 mm mirror glass. It keeps darkening with age instead of staying showroom-bright.

Round Brass Mirror

30 in round

Sized for a console or a vanity

Aged solid brass

Keeps darkening over the years

Bathroom safe

Handles steam and splashes

D-rings fitted

Hangs on two screws

Finish

It is supposed to change

Aged brass keeps oxidising, so the rim warms and deepens over the first few years. If you would rather have it bright, brass polish takes it straight back.

Placement

Console or vanity

Thirty inches across is wide enough to sit over a console without looking lost, and contained enough for a standard bathroom vanity.

Glass

4 mm, not acrylic

Real mirror glass at 4 mm gives a flat reflection with no bowing towards the edge, which is the thing that gives a cheap round mirror away the moment you stand close.

The rim really is just a line

Ordered it for the wall over a console and the brass reads as a pencil outline rather than a frame. It has already gone a shade deeper in six weeks, which is exactly what I was hoping for.

Thirty inches is the right size over a vanity

It fills the wall above a standard vanity without crowding the sconces on either side. No fogging or edge damage after months of showers, which was my one worry about putting real glass in a bathroom.

Questions we get about this kind of piece

All FAQs
Is the hanging hardware included?

Yes. Frames and mirrors arrive with the hooks or D-rings already fitted and the wall fixings in the box. Heavier mirrors include drywall anchors rated for the weight.

Is it glass or acrylic?

Each page states which under The details. We use acrylic on the larger sizes on purpose — glass at that size is a shipping and a safety problem, not a cost decision. It is optically clear and considerably harder to break.

Can I hang a mirror in the bathroom?

Yes, in a ventilated bathroom. What damages a framed mirror is steam sitting on the finish, so avoid the wall directly above a shower and wipe the frame down if it fogs.

How do I pick the right size?

Cut the outer dimensions out of newspaper and tape it to the wall for a day before you commit. Almost every wall piece that comes back to us comes back on size, not on quality.
