Full dimensions are listed at the end of the Overview on every product page, taken from the finished piece rather than from a drawing. If a measurement matters for your space, write to us and we will check the actual item before it ships.
Care instructions ship with the product and are printed on the care label where there is one. Solid wood wants a damp cloth and an occasional oil; stone should be sealed once a year; wool and linen prefer a cold wash and drying flat.
Shipping is free on every order, with tracking, anywhere in the United States. We do not ship outside the US, so there are no customs charges or import duties on anything you order.
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and most orders placed before 2pm ET leave the same day. Typical delivery is 7 to 15 days from dispatch. Tracking arrives by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.
Thirty days to return anything unused and in its original packaging, with all fixings included. We cover the return shipping when an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. If a piece arrives damaged, send a photo of the item and the outer box within 7 days and we ship a replacement without asking for the broken one back.

NESTING
Half-nesting sets leave an awkward step of table sticking out at the front. The smaller one clears the larger completely, so day to day there is a single clean silhouette beside the sofa.
SIZES
The large is 20 inches across and 20 high, the small 16 by 17. Both take a lamp, a book and a glass, which is where most nesting pairs fall down by making the second table decorative.
FINISH
A clear matte finish protects the oak without the plastic gloss that gives cheap furniture away the moment a lamp is switched on above it.

This is finished stock from the same production runs that supply larger homeware retailers — bought as a lot, priced without the showroom margin. Same piece, same materials. When the lot is gone we cannot always reorder.
Verified buyers
It slides fully underneath, so day to day there is just one 20 inch table beside the sofa and no clutter. When people are over the 16 inch one comes out and everyone has somewhere for a glass. Both are the same pale oak so they still look like a pair when separated.
Both tables were assembled and standing inside ten minutes total, and the felt pads were already on the feet so I could slide them straight onto the hardwood. The matte finish is genuinely flat, no plasticky sheen under a lamp. Solid oak at this size feels reassuringly dense.
Part-assembled. The hardware and an Allen key are in the box and most pieces are four to eight bolts. The number of steps and the rough assembly time are on each product page.
Check the boxed dimensions in The details before you order, not just the assembled ones — a doorway or a stair turn is what usually catches people out, and larger tops ship as a single slab. If a measurement is borderline, write to us and we will measure the actual item before it leaves.
Larger pieces are delivered to your door. Carriers do not carry items upstairs, into a particular room, unpack them or take the packaging away, so line up a second pair of hands for anything heavy.
Where a page says solid oak or solid acacia, it is solid through the whole thickness, not veneer over board. Grain and tone vary from piece to piece because the wood does; we do not photograph a stained sample and ship something else.
