Care instructions ship with the product and are printed on the care label where there is one. Solid wood wants a damp cloth and an occasional oil; stone should be sealed once a year; wool and linen prefer a cold wash and drying flat.

Ships from our US warehouse. Orders before 2pm ET usually leave the same business day. Small items arrive in 3 to 6 business days; furniture and fragile pieces go by a tracked freight carrier and take 5 to 10.

Thirty days to return anything unused and in its original packaging. We send a prepaid label for small parcels; for furniture we arrange a pickup. If a piece arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days and we ship a replacement without asking for the broken one back.
