Large Floor Cushion
Full dimensions are listed at the end of the Overview on every product page, taken from the finished piece rather than from a drawing. If a measurement matters for your space, write to us and we will check the actual item before it ships.
Care instructions ship with the product and are printed on the care label where there is one. Solid wood wants a damp cloth and an occasional oil; stone should be sealed once a year; wool and linen prefer a cold wash and drying flat.
Shipping is free on every order, with tracking, anywhere in the United States. We do not ship outside the US, so there are no customs charges or import duties on anything you order.
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and most orders placed before 2pm ET leave the same day. Typical delivery is 7 to 15 days from dispatch. Tracking arrives by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.
Thirty days to return anything unused and in its original packaging, with all fixings included. We cover the return shipping when an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. If a piece arrives damaged, send a photo of the item and the outer box within 7 days and we ship a replacement without asking for the broken one back.

FILL
A soft floor cushion flattens to the carpet under an adult and you end up sitting on the floor anyway. The firm fill here holds close to its full 8 inches, which makes it genuinely a seat.
HANDLE
Extra seating only gets used if moving it is easy. The handle means it gets carried between rooms rather than dragged across the floor by a fistful of the cover.
COVER
The zip runs hidden in the seam so it does not interrupt the boucle. The cover comes off completely, which matters a lot for something that lives at floor level in a busy room.

This is finished stock from the same production runs that supply larger homeware retailers — bought as a lot, priced without the showroom margin. Same piece, same materials. When the lot is gone we cannot always reorder.

Most floor cushions collapse to the floor under an adult and this one holds you up at close to its full 8 inches. Twenty-six inches square is big enough that you are not balancing on the edge. The nubby oatmeal boucle has stayed clean with a brush down.
Sounds trivial until you try dragging a firm cushion this size across a room without one. It gets grabbed and moved between the living room and the kids room several times a week. The cover unzips off the fill easily and the zip is hidden in the seam.
A wool rug sheds for the first two to four weeks — that is loose fibre working out of the weave, not the rug coming apart. Vacuum with the beater bar off and it settles down on its own.

On a hard floor, yes. It stops the rug creeping underfoot, adds a lot of comfort and keeps the backing from grinding against the boards. On carpet it is optional.
We photograph on neutral backgrounds without boosting saturation, but screens differ and natural fibres take dye unevenly by nature — that variation is part of the material, not a fault. If the shade is wrong for your room you have 30 days.
