The handles have not budged
My last basket lost a glued handle the first time I carried it full. These are stitched through the jute body and I have hauled a folded duvet across the house with no give at all.

Full dimensions are listed at the end of the Overview on every product page, taken from the finished piece rather than from a drawing. If a measurement matters for your space, write to us and we will check the actual item before it ships.
Care instructions ship with the product and are printed on the care label where there is one. Solid wood wants a damp cloth and an occasional oil; stone should be sealed once a year; wool and linen prefer a cold wash and drying flat.
Shipping is free on every order, with tracking, anywhere in the United States. We do not ship outside the US, so there are no customs charges or import duties on anything you order.
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and most orders placed before 2pm ET leave the same day. Typical delivery is 7 to 15 days from dispatch. Tracking arrives by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.
Thirty days to return anything unused and in its original packaging, with all fixings included. We cover the return shipping when an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. If a piece arrives damaged, send a photo of the item and the outer box within 7 days and we ship a replacement without asking for the broken one back.
Storage
Hand-woven natural jute, 20 inches across with 16-inch sides — tall enough that a folded duvet stands up instead of slumping over the rim.

Handles
Glued-on handles tear away the first time somebody carries a full basket across a room. These are stitched through the jute body, so the load goes into the weave rather than into adhesive.
Height
Tall sides keep a folded duvet upright. Shallow baskets let bedding fold over the rim and unfold itself onto the floor by the end of the week.
Shape
The weave is dense enough to hold its round with nothing inside, so a basket sitting beside the sofa between uses is an object rather than a puddle of jute.

This is finished stock from the same production runs that supply larger homeware retailers — bought as a lot, priced without the showroom margin. Same piece, same materials. When the lot is gone we cannot always reorder.

Tall enough that a folded duvet stands rather than flopping over the rim, and the jute weave holds its round even when the basket is sitting empty beside the sofa.
The load rating is printed on each product page. It assumes the fixings have gone into studs, or into the correct anchor for your wall — in practice it is almost always the wall that gives way rather than the shelf, so find the studs before you drill.
Yes, with standard drywall anchors. Plaster, brick and tile each need a different fixing and we do not supply those, because the wrong anchor in masonry is worse than none.
External, unless the page says otherwise. Where a piece is built to hold something specific — files, records, shoes — we list the internal measurement as well so you can check before ordering.
A damp cloth and then air drying. Do not soak or submerge a woven piece: the fibres swell, and as they dry the weave loosens and never fully tightens back.
