I sleep through the night now
Fifteen pounds was the right call for me at 140. The beads stay put, so there is no cold corner at 3am. It is heavy to wash, fair warning.
The ring does what the $350 one does
Sleep staging lines up with what my watch said, battery genuinely goes a week, and there is no screen to pull me in at 2am. Titanium finish has not scratched at the gym.
Grips better once you sweat
Cork is strange at first because it feels dry, then twenty minutes in it is the grippiest mat I have used. No smell out of the box either.
