Warranty
Two years, handled by us
Everything we sell carries a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting the day it is delivered. Claims come to us directly — there is no third-party form and no licensing company to chase.
What is covered
- Motors, pumps and batteries that fail or stop holding charge in normal use
- Coatings that flake, warp or separate
- Seams, zips, handles and rivets that give way
- Electronics that stop powering on, charging or connecting
- Finishes that lift or corrode without misuse
What is not covered
- Normal wear — scuffs, patina, fading, blade dulling
- Damage from drops, misuse or a cycle the instructions warn against
- Consumables: filters, pads, bands and anything designed to be replaced
- Items bought secondhand or from a reseller
How to claim
Write to us with your order number and a photo or short video of the problem. Most claims are settled the same business day. If it is covered we replace the item; if the item is discontinued we replace it with the closest equivalent or refund it.
You do not need the original packaging, and in most cases we do not ask you to ship the faulty item back.
