Waffle Table Runner
Full dimensions are listed at the end of the Overview on every product page, taken from the finished piece rather than from a drawing. If a measurement matters for your space, write to us and we will check the actual item before it ships.
Care instructions ship with the product and are printed on the care label where there is one. Solid wood wants a damp cloth and an occasional oil; stone should be sealed once a year; wool and linen prefer a cold wash and drying flat.
Shipping is free on every order, with tracking, anywhere in the United States. We do not ship outside the US, so there are no customs charges or import duties on anything you order.
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and most orders placed before 2pm ET leave the same day. Typical delivery is 7 to 15 days from dispatch. Tracking arrives by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.
Thirty days to return anything unused and in its original packaging, with all fixings included. We cover the return shipping when an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. If a piece arrives damaged, send a photo of the item and the outer box within 7 days and we ship a replacement without asking for the broken one back.

WEAVE
Waffle cotton is thicker than a flat weave and sits into the surface of a table rather than skating across it. Setting down a plate does not drag the whole runner six inches with it.
CORNERS
A folded and overlocked corner bunches and puckers after a few washes. A mitre lies flat, which is why the ends still sit clean on the table months in.
COLOUR
Bright white fights a dark table and yellows against a pale one. Warm sand sits comfortably on walnut and on oak, which between them covers most dining tables.

This is finished stock from the same production runs that supply larger homeware retailers — bought as a lot, priced without the showroom margin. Same piece, same materials. When the lot is gone we cannot always reorder.

The waffle structure gives it enough weight and grip that setting down a plate does not drag the whole thing six inches. My old flat cotton runner slid off the end of the table constantly. Ninety inches leaves a proper overhang on our six seater.
The corners are properly mitred and hand finished, and after six warm washes there is no puckering or loose thread anywhere. It has also gone noticeably softer, as promised. The warm sand works against our dark walnut table where a bright white would have looked stark.
A wool rug sheds for the first two to four weeks — that is loose fibre working out of the weave, not the rug coming apart. Vacuum with the beater bar off and it settles down on its own.
Linen and cotton take a cold machine wash and dry flat or on low heat. Wool prefers spot cleaning and one professional clean a year. The care label is sewn into the item and the full instructions sit under Dimensions & care.
On a hard floor, yes. It stops the rug creeping underfoot, adds a lot of comfort and keeps the backing from grinding against the boards. On carpet it is optional.
We photograph on neutral backgrounds without boosting saturation, but screens differ and natural fibres take dye unevenly by nature — that variation is part of the material, not a fault. If the shade is wrong for your room you have 30 days.
