Care instructions ship with the product and are printed on the care label where there is one. Solid wood wants a damp cloth and an occasional oil; stone should be sealed once a year; wool and linen prefer a cold wash and drying flat.
Shipping is free on every order, with tracking, anywhere in the United States. We do not ship outside the US, so there are no customs charges or import duties on anything you order.
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and most orders placed before 2pm ET leave the same day. Typical delivery is 7 to 15 days from dispatch. Tracking arrives by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.
Thirty days to return anything unused and in its original packaging, with all fixings included. We cover the return shipping when an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. If a piece arrives damaged, send a photo of the item and the outer box within 7 days and we ship a replacement without asking for the broken one back.

WHAT MOMME MEANS
Momme measures the weight of the silk itself. Below 19 the fabric is thin, catches on a fingernail and goes sheer at the seams within months. 22 is where good bedding sits: substantial enough to survive regular washing, still fluid enough to feel like silk rather than a jacket lining. If a listing does not state a momme count, that is usually why.
HAIR AND SKIN
Cotton has a rough, absorbent surface that grips hair and drags on it every time you turn over. Silk is a smooth continuous filament, so hair slides across it instead of catching. That is why you wake with fewer creases pressed into your cheek and less breakage at the hairline. It is mechanical, and it does not wash out.
THE ZIP
An envelope closure gapes, and the pillow works its way out at some point every night. A hidden zip holds the case flat against the pillow and keeps the hardware away from your face. It also means you can strip and refit it after a wash without a wrestling match.

On a hard floor, yes. It stops the rug creeping underfoot, adds a lot of comfort and keeps the backing from grinding against the boards. On carpet it is optional.
We photograph on neutral backgrounds without boosting saturation, but screens differ and natural fibres take dye unevenly by nature — that variation is part of the material, not a fault. If the shade is wrong for your room you have 30 days.
