Low Media Console
Full dimensions are listed at the end of the Overview on every product page, taken from the finished piece rather than from a drawing. If a measurement matters for your space, write to us and we will check the actual item before it ships.
Care instructions ship with the product and are printed on the care label where there is one. Solid wood wants a damp cloth and an occasional oil; stone should be sealed once a year; wool and linen prefer a cold wash and drying flat.
Shipping is free on every order, with tracking, anywhere in the United States. We do not ship outside the US, so there are no customs charges or import duties on anything you order.
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and most orders placed before 2pm ET leave the same day. Typical delivery is 7 to 15 days from dispatch. Tracking arrives by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.
Thirty days to return anything unused and in its original packaging, with all fixings included. We cover the return shipping when an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. If a piece arrives damaged, send a photo of the item and the outer box within 7 days and we ship a replacement without asking for the broken one back.

DOORS
A swing door needs two feet of clear floor in front of it, which is exactly the space a coffee table occupies. These pass across each other, so the console opens with the room set up as it actually lives.
PLINTH
The base is set back from the front edge, which throws the bottom of the cabinet into shadow. Sixty-three inches of solid box sitting flat on the floor would read as a wall instead of a piece of furniture.
CABLES
Console, router and power bricks all live inside with their leads running out the rear. Nothing crosses the front and nothing is visible from the sofa.

This is finished stock from the same production runs that supply larger homeware retailers — bought as a lot, priced without the showroom margin. Same piece, same materials. When the lot is gone we cannot always reorder.

Our coffee table sits close, so swing doors would have been unusable. The fluted doors slide across each other and I can reach everything without moving furniture. Sixty-three inches is long, and the recessed plinth keeps it from looking like a block.
Console, router and two power bricks are all inside with the leads running out the back ports, and nothing is visible from the front. I dropped the internal shelf to its lower position to fit a taller box. Twenty inches high puts the screen at the right level from the sofa.
Part-assembled. The hardware and an Allen key are in the box and most pieces are four to eight bolts. The number of steps and the rough assembly time are on each product page.
Check the boxed dimensions in The details before you order, not just the assembled ones — a doorway or a stair turn is what usually catches people out, and larger tops ship as a single slab. If a measurement is borderline, write to us and we will measure the actual item before it leaves.
Larger pieces are delivered to your door. Carriers do not carry items upstairs, into a particular room, unpack them or take the packaging away, so line up a second pair of hands for anything heavy.
Where a page says solid oak or solid acacia, it is solid through the whole thickness, not veneer over board. Grain and tone vary from piece to piece because the wood does; we do not photograph a stained sample and ship something else.
