Care instructions ship with the product and are printed on the care label where there is one. Solid wood wants a damp cloth and an occasional oil; stone should be sealed once a year; wool and linen prefer a cold wash and drying flat.
Shipping is free on every order, with tracking, anywhere in the United States. We do not ship outside the US, so there are no customs charges or import duties on anything you order.
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and most orders placed before 2pm ET leave the same day. Typical delivery is 7 to 15 days from dispatch. Tracking arrives by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.
Thirty days to return anything unused and in its original packaging, with all fixings included. We cover the return shipping when an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. If a piece arrives damaged, send a photo of the item and the outer box within 7 days and we ship a replacement without asking for the broken one back.

TONE
A perfectly matched set announces itself as a set. Mixing the neutrals makes a table look gathered over years, which is the look most people are actually after when they buy linen.
EDGE
Raw-edge linen frays a little further with every wash until it just looks tired. A stitched edge stops that at the first thread and these go through a warm wash unchanged.
CREASING
Out of the dryer they come creased, because that is what washed linen does. If you want them crisp on the table they take a warm iron happily. If you do not, the rumple suits them.

Washed linen comes out of the dryer creased and if you want them crisp on the table you will be reaching for the iron. That is linen, not a fault, and the listing says you can press them. The stitched edge is holding perfectly and the four tones look good together.
A wool rug sheds for the first two to four weeks — that is loose fibre working out of the weave, not the rug coming apart. Vacuum with the beater bar off and it settles down on its own.

On a hard floor, yes. It stops the rug creeping underfoot, adds a lot of comfort and keeps the backing from grinding against the boards. On carpet it is optional.
We photograph on neutral backgrounds without boosting saturation, but screens differ and natural fibres take dye unevenly by nature — that variation is part of the material, not a fault. If the shade is wrong for your room you have 30 days.
