Care instructions ship with the product and are printed on the care label where there is one. Solid wood wants a damp cloth and an occasional oil; stone should be sealed once a year; wool and linen prefer a cold wash and drying flat.
Shipping is free on every order, with tracking, anywhere in the United States. We do not ship outside the US, so there are no customs charges or import duties on anything you order.
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and most orders placed before 2pm ET leave the same day. Typical delivery is 7 to 15 days from dispatch. Tracking arrives by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.
Thirty days to return anything unused and in its original packaging, with all fixings included. We cover the return shipping when an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. If a piece arrives damaged, send a photo of the item and the outer box within 7 days and we ship a replacement without asking for the broken one back.

Measured the wall twice and still nearly went for the 80. The 100 fills the space above the sofa without crowding the art on the other wall. The gradient really is seamless — you cannot pick out a single LED standing a foot away from it.
I bought this for the dark half of the year and it does exactly what I wanted. Golden Hour at about sixty percent from four onward and the living room stops feeling like a cave. Ember at night is warm enough that it does not keep me up.
The template and mounting kit are genuinely good — level it, two screws, done in fifteen minutes. The one thing to think about beforehand is the cable. The channel helps but the outlet needs to be somewhere sensible or you will see the run. Mine drops down behind the bookcase.
Ordered walnut because our floors are oak and I did not want them to match. Switched off it looks like a framed piece on the wall, which was the point. It also runs cool — on all evening and the frame is barely warm to touch.
