Measure your wall first
It is bigger than it looks online, which is on me because the dimensions are right there on the page. Once it was up it made the hallway feel twice the size. The frame is thin enough to almost disappear.

Full dimensions are listed at the end of the Overview on every product page, taken from the finished piece rather than from a drawing. If a measurement matters for your space, write to us and we will check the actual item before it ships.
Care instructions ship with the product and are printed on the care label where there is one. Solid wood wants a damp cloth and an occasional oil; stone should be sealed once a year; wool and linen prefer a cold wash and drying flat.
Shipping is free on every order, with tracking, anywhere in the United States. We do not ship outside the US, so there are no customs charges or import duties on anything you order.
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days and most orders placed before 2pm ET leave the same day. Typical delivery is 7 to 15 days from dispatch. Tracking arrives by email as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.
Thirty days to return anything unused and in its original packaging, with all fixings included. We cover the return shipping when an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. If a piece arrives damaged, send a photo of the item and the outer box within 7 days and we ship a replacement without asking for the broken one back.
Wall Decor
24 inches wide and 65 inches high in real 4 mm mirror glass. The arch softens a wall of straight lines, and the matte black frame reads as a drawn line rather than a border.

Size
Just over five feet of glass reflects a whole room rather than a slice of it. Hung or leaned, it sends back whatever light a window is already giving you.
Frame
The matte black metal is kept deliberately slim so the arch carries the piece. Nothing about the frame competes with what is reflected in it.
Install
Wall hardware is included if you want it fixed, but at 65 inches it also leans against a wall on its own. Try it leaning for a week before you drill anything.

This is finished stock from the same production runs that supply larger homeware retailers — bought as a lot, priced without the showroom margin. Same piece, same materials. When the lot is gone we cannot always reorder.

I measured the wall twice and still underestimated it. Leaning it beside the dresser was enough, I never drilled the hardware in. The black frame really is thin enough that you only register the arch.
Real glass at 65 inches is heavy and awkward on your own, so line up a second pair of hands. Once it was up the reflection is dead flat with no distortion anywhere across the 24 inch width.
Yes. Frames and mirrors arrive with the hooks or D-rings already fitted and the wall fixings in the box. Heavier mirrors include drywall anchors rated for the weight.
Each page states which under The details. We use acrylic on the larger sizes on purpose — glass at that size is a shipping and a safety problem, not a cost decision. It is optically clear and considerably harder to break.
Yes, in a ventilated bathroom. What damages a framed mirror is steam sitting on the finish, so avoid the wall directly above a shower and wipe the frame down if it fogs.
Cut the outer dimensions out of newspaper and tape it to the wall for a day before you commit. Almost every wall piece that comes back to us comes back on size, not on quality.
